Eric Padilla came and performed a thorough inspection, finding a broken damper from when the HVAC unit was installed. He did excellent work and seems very knowledgeable.

Very prompt, professional and courteous. Definitely knew his profession. Loved their honesty and upfront pricing.

A&Z is a quality company. Kendra did a great job scheduling the service, and Si is a pro in the field. My AC went out in mid-July, and the company diagnosed the issue, procured the part and got the unit up and running in short order.

My AC broke in the middle of the day Sunday and Monday afternoon, Sy fit me into his busy schedule to come and fix it. He was super cool and explained everything about what broke and how he came to that conclusion. I really appreciate him 🤗

Kendra provided outstanding service! I called about issues with my HVAC unit and instead of immediately dispatching a technician, she walked me through some simple checks. The problem was fixed and she even followed up a few days later to make sure all was well. Honest, helpful, and trustworthy. I’ve been using A&Z Mechanical for annual HVAC maintenance since 2023 and will continue to use them for their professional services and employees who really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Incredibly impressed with Andrew and his ability to answer questions and walk us through the problem rather than spew a bunch of technical terms and immediately tell us we need to replace everything. I highly recommend his know-how and professionalism.

I called in because our ac was not cooling. This is the third company we have called. Every company I called was booked out at least a week. While they were also booked out 3-4 days, Kendra said she would put me on a wait list. She told me about a maintenance plan that would save me $ in case I was going to need repairs. She also said if the tech was in my area or running ahead of schedule, she may be able to move me up. Later that afternoon, the tech was running ahead of schedule so he was able to get out to me the same day!!

Zack is amazing, we called after having trouble with our c02 detector and he came up instantly to our house to help resolve the problem and gave us peace of mind. Great staff, and great company! Definitely recommend using them for any of your hvac and ac needs!

It’s always a pleasure calling the A&Z mechanical office. Great customer service is hard to find these days and Kendra truly knows what she’s doing. She’s always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Most of the time she can answer my questions right away and if she doesn’t know the answer, she makes sure to find someone who does. It’s clear that A&Z values taking care of their customers that starts with people like Kendra I highly recommend them!

We had our furnace replaced by AZ Mechanical. They worked very efficiently removing, re- ducting and installing a brand new furnace. They also worked with the local building inspector and passed with no problem. I would recommend AZ to anyone needed HVAC service or replacement.
